Can I place an order over the phone?

Our customer service representatives are available from Monday through Friday from 9AM – 5PM EST.Please feel free to call us toll free at 888-752-0432 to place your order or just to ask a question.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with you purchase for any reason, Surropa.com accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (washed or worn apparel will not be accepted).

If your item meets the above criteria please email our customer service department at info@surropa.com or call us at 888-752-0432.Make sure to include your full name, order number (begins AB-XXXX), telephone number and reason for the return or exchange. You will then be issued a return authorization number via email to let you know that it’s OK to send back your merchandise.

The customer is held responsible for all shipping related charges for returning items back to us. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, by crediting your order (Surropa.com will pay for the shipping back to your address).Although it’s a bit more expensive, the most secure way to send us back your merchandise is by any traceable courier service (ie. UPS or FedEx), allowing you to prove that your return was delivered.You can ship to us via a non-traceable method, however, but Surropa.com will not be held accountable if your shipment doesn’t arrive. Please make sure to include a copy of your order with your return, as well as your return authorization number and detailed instructions related to the return or exchange.Returns/Exchanges should be sent to:

Once the merchandise is received you will receive an email confirmation and we will process the necessary exchange or refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How do your shirts fit?

Wherever possible, Surropa.com tries to provide a size scale for each of the shirt that we sell.With this said, figuring out the best size is always a bit challenging.Below is a quick explanation of our major brands to help you make a more informed decision.

·NaCo men’s – Run fairly true to size and are a more full-fitting shirt.

·SOBO men’s – Are a more fitted shirt but a bit longer than NaCo.If you have big pipes (biceps) you might want to order the next size up.

·Gambeta men’s – The same shirts are used for SOBO (see above)

·NaCo women’s – NaCo is no longer making women’s styles but the ones in stock will run a bit small.You should order one size larger than normal, just to be safe.

·SOBO women’s – These are fitted shirts and will definitely accentuate your curves.Please note, however, that although the shirts are junior models, we actually downsize the shirts to provide a more accurate women’s fit (i.e. a junior medium is a SOBO small, a junior large is a SOBO medium, etc.).

Will your shirts shrink or fade?

Most of our shirts are 100% cotton and may shrink up to 10%.We ask you to keep this in mind and purchase accordingly.To try and prevent most of the shrinking and fading from occurring, make sure to flip the shirts inside out when washing.Also, wash in cold water and then lay flat to dry.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@surropa.com or at 888-752-0432 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping system are designed to make sure your order gets out as quickly as possible. Therefore, if your order has already been shipped we can no longer change or cancel your order without you returning it, after you receive your item.

How do you ship orders and how long will it take?

Surropa.com uses UPS to ship all orders.Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can process your order; verify your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.Normal UPS ground service takes 1 day to ship to Florida, 2-3-days to ship to other east coast destinations, 3-4 days to the mid-west and 5-7 to ship to the west coast.Please understand that all delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and they are based on working days (weekends are not included). Surropa.com shall not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.

What do I do if my shipment still hasn’t arrived after the estimated date provided?

All orders will have tracking information emailed to you. Please check this information and read through the following options:

  • Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

  • Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, contact customer service for more information on undeliverable packages.

  • No tracking information available: If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us using our customer service email. Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us about lost packages.

Can you ship to International destinations?

Currently we only ship internationally to Canada and Puerto Rico.When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.If you are interested in purchasing but live in a country not currently serviced, email us at info@surropa.com to let us know of your desire to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are there any additional charges or delays when shipping goods internationally?

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

The shirt I ordered doesn’t look exactly the same as the website.

We have tried as accurately as possible to display the different colors options available for each of our products. With this said, however, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitors display of any color will be accurate. If you have any doubts, please feel free to email us at info@surropa.com or give us a call at 888-752-0432 and we would be happy to provide you with more detailed information.

Is my credit card and information secure?

Surropa.com is committed to the highest degree possible in protecting both your privacy and data security. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your order information during the check out process, so only Bawlsgear.com is able to decode your information. To be sure your connection is secure, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Surropa.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Surropa

.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card was charged and Surropa.com cancelled your order, a full credit shall be applied immediately upon such cancellation.
